INTRODUCTION In 1977 while he was attending Cornell University, Adisa Maina Omar - "Adisaji" (aka, Roger M. Davis) received a set of nine pictographic ideographs or esoteric images (mandalas/yantras) in a state of deep meditation. Today these special charts are collectively known as the "Nine Principles of Life"and are considered by many to be a disciplined 'road-map' to both our personal and global transformation. Additionally, these 'nine ideographs' became the basis for the development of 'Ikologiks theory,' Central Philosophy and the founding of the Ikologiks Center for Global Studies and this website. Adisaji does not claim to be some type of mystic or "guru" and only offers the "nine principles" as an interactive guide he feels others can truly benefit from in their own personal spiritual path or search for inner wisdom. The 'Nine Principles' are responsible for his thirty years of research, training and teachings throughout the USA and other parts of the world. While, certainly some may be skeptical about the means by which the "Nine Principles of Life" were conceived or attained by Adisaji. Nevertheless, one can truly not deny that what is represented in these nine principles far exceeds his own intellectual and academic capacity at the time he received them while at Cornell University.In the accompanying presentation and outline of the nine principles of life -- you will be given a brief overview as to their meaning, value and message. Currently, Adisaji offers no detailed public discussion about the nine principles except when students are actually enrolled in Ikologiks intensives, programs, classes or seminars under the auspices of the Ikologiks Center for Global Studies. However, starting in 2009 Adisaji will begin offering personalized "lifestyle assessment" consultations through the "internet/Online" to any individual desiring to query how to gain deeper insights into their own karmic patterns as related to the 'Nine Principles'. Adisaji has indicated that such individualized consultations are merely a symbolic representation of what ultimately is only conveyed through a direct initiation process into the deeper esoteric meaning behind the 'Nine Principles of Life' in a formal Ikologiks Intensive. The principles are today being shared in their ideographic form throughout the world and the number of international students grows daily. Adisaji attempts to avoid mystical or cultic approaches to these teachings. of hell and nine spheres of heaven." A similar concept
was promoted by Manley Hall the author of numerous
books on the esoteric and Masonic Orders & traditions.
In Buddhism, most ceremonies involve nine monks
and the chanting of mantras is usually conveyed in
sets of 108 = 9, 1,008 = 9. In Hinduism or the Vedic
culture ascribes 108 =9 of Brahma, or God and also
chants using combinations based on the number nine.
Al-Islam states that there are "99 Names or Attributes
of ALLAH."
