Innerstanding Teachings of Adisaji - 2007
"We can no longer rely on the outdated philosophies, religions, government
structures, judicial bodies, racial politics, sexual roles or concepts of 'right
or wrong' that are defining consciousness. The era we are entering compels
us to purge ourselves of 'isms' and the cherished beliefs, dogmas &
ideologies  of the past. Humanity is being challenged as never before to
transform or become doomed to our chronic affliction of conspicuous
consumption, crass materialism and the global consequences that
exploitation of man and nature invokes. It is time for us to seek a higher
wisdom -- that pearl that lies WITHIN us all as the SELF!"

"Today there are some who find that their lives are tattered and torn by the
abuses they are facing in the workplace, sometimes in the community they reside
in, or even in their households with kith and kin.

We often feel like we've been put in a washing machine on spin, rinse and wash
operating all at the same time. The turmoil and churning in our lives must be
viewed from a higher level and perspective. However, we must see that this
"churning" or "abuse" we are encountering is merely the process of making us
surrender to the process of transformation. Yes! The path of transformation is
not always scented and filled with roses. The thorn bushes and foul smells are
also in our path so we must ultimately learn to make choices that may reveal
how best to transcend the entire process. We must inner-stand that the washing
machine ultimately spins us dry so then we are ready for the "dryer" that
dissolves the dampness of despair, or the tears that have soaked our hearts.
When we have dried and are then pressed we are ready to face the world fresh
with a  bright and clean presence for all to see. So please don't be afraid to face
the
process of change and transformation, because in the end their are great
rewards. The most important one arrives when we realize that all along we had
tremendous support in the underlying universal principles that etch our lives
into fulfillment.

*The below is an e-mail and post (Wake County Consciousness Group) I made in response to Sunny
Wang's view that we should just "meditate" and not challenge the Chinese or Burma governments
over the crisis unfolding or the killing of innocents.

Sunny,

Your sentiment is certainly BLESSED and NOBLE in regards to meditation. However,
meditating for "PEACE" is just one step in the process of human & global transformation.
The silence of meditation resonates profoundly throughout the Earth and the Universe and
anchors in DIVINE LIGHT to transmute and transform negativity. This silence must always
be followed by "action" since the potency of change, transformation, rebirth and higher
consciousness is in the "acts of kindness" and the meaningful steps we take each day to
"LOVE & SERVE ALL, as embodiments of the DIVINE SPIRIT" indwelling in us all.

The people (especially the monks) certainly need our prayers and meditations, but just like
the monks had to leave the shelter of the monastary to march in solidarity with the common
masses, likewise we must begin to march or act in ways we see fit to join in the
motion/action of change. The BUDDHA instructed "mind in the forest, hands in the world."
To escape in our own self-centered world of "bliss" imparts blessings to the world, but we
must also do daily constructive actions. If simply meditating changed the conditions in
Burma than we should not drive our car, go to work, raise our children, eat our food, buy
our clothing, etc. we should just sit and meditate to visualize them to be. Yes, there was a
time (Satya Yuga) when human beings were not confined to this material body and were
"light beings" and we could manifest at "will." However, today we are trapped in a material
body and a material world. Consequently, as it was written "actions speak louder than
words."  So if there is a protest join it! If there is a demonstration march in it! If there is a
letter writing campaign or petition, sign it! Than go home and meditate and self-power your
self to DO EVEN MORE!

With Great Respect & Great Love,

Adisaji's Comments on the Crisis in Burma
"I now realize that life is filled with those that seldom can see beyond their own
immediate selfish desires and family bonds. It is easy to blame the "victim" for not
"surrendering" to God or what one believes to be the Divine when our relationship
with God should never be a bargaining chip or negotiation. Those that profess
"light" or belief in God, Jesus, Allah, etc. are some of the greatest hypocrites of
all, because they talk the talk, but don't walk the walk. I see clearly that this present
world will not survive given these selfish propensities in human nature."

"The cost of spiritual growth is often like the birth pangs of a joyous mother as she prepares to
bring a new life into the world. Through her sweat, pain and screams comes forth a new life that
has distinctive character and a clean slate to chart its destiny.

Likewise, to be put through the crucible of spiritual growth is a unique chance to bring-forth a new
sense of self that transcends our past life experiences. We can than continue our journey in life
just like the newborn child who is filled with innocence, joy and curiosity. In this sense we can say
we are 'born again' not according to dogma or creed, but reality!"
