| A Biographical Sketch about the Founder, Adisaji (Roger M. Davis) |
- Adisaji, aka Adisa Maina Omar (Roger M. Davis) is a graduate of Cornell University. He attended the Korea University
(Graduate School of International Studies) in 2004. Adisaji received his Diploma Certification in Yoga Therapy from the
internationally recognized Washington Institute of Yoga (Indian Institute of Yoga) and is a second degree REIKI
(Radiance Technique) practitioner.
Adisaji is an internationally recognized social activist, educator, healer, globalist reformer, and has traveled around the
world spreading his messages of self-empowerment, transformation technology and liberation to thousands of global
citizens.
Adisaji at the young age of 15 founded (1970) his first NGO when he served as Founder & Executive Director of the
Bronx Environmental Society, Inc. until 1974. From 1984 to 1996, he served as Executive Director of the Stress Aid
Institute of the Washington Metropolitan Area. In 1989 he founded the AUM-International Academy of Ikologiks &
Advanced Studies, Inc. In 2007 this NGO was reorganized into the current Ikologiks Center for Global Studies as it is
represented on this website www.ikologiks.org.

Please do not see mysticism or cultism in my appearance. I am not teaching as a "master" or 'guru' or
some religious teacher, but just as a "servant" to you! The days of "leaders and followers" is over!
You must recognize that you are no longer spiritual children of GOD, but adolescents in readiness for
becoming the spiritual adults of GOD. Ikologiks was given to us so that we each might claim our
rightful place at the banquet table for the coming celebration of the Harvest of MAAT! This mission is
not about me, but is about YOU!

Nine Principles of Life) represents yet another fraction and fracture of the wholeness of "truth."
Realize and innerstand that the Ikologiks teaching is an embrace of the wholeness of ONE, for our
assured global transformation & ascension.
So I offer my heart to you and ask only for yours in return. Do not tarnish yourself with
deceitfulness, cunning or trickery when you approach me, or this particular wisdom teaching. Come to
this teaching with an Open Heart, Disciplined Mind and Honorable Character. Only then, will you
receive the treasure of this teaching and the bounty it conveys, not through some mystical device, but
through your earnest work and rational process.

Executive Secretary, of the AUM-IAIAS, Inc. Glenn Gales is a life-long resident of the Washington, DC area and father of four children & now a proud grand-father. Glenn came to associate with Ikologiks training in 1987 through a personal friend (K. Mack) who suggested that he might find some benefits from the training in dealing with his personal health problems. Afterwards, Glenn became an enthusiastic supporter of the work of Adisaji and in 1989 became a co-founder of the AUM-IAIAS, Inc. serving as the organization's Secretary- Treasurer and presently Executive Secretary. Throughout the years Glenn has often traveled along with Adisaji on trips to India or Korea and made his own independent journeys to Egypt and Brazil. He has pursued his own main interests in vegetarianism, organic foods, therapeutic massage and Yoga. Glenn has also assisted in the publishing of AKU Press International books like Ultimate Mental Power & The Yoga Therapy Handbook as an "Editor". He continues to support many of the ongoing projects of the IKOLOGIKS CENTER FOR GLOBAL STUDIES. |
