1985 and in 1999 she raised the "Guardian Council," which is comprised

of nine members.

The numerical system

that

was first employed at the time of the ancient Indus Valley

Civilization

or also known as

the

Dravidians/Harrapans

appears to have operated

principally on a ‘base eight’ system as a principal divination

tool. Subsequently, their

number system gradually evolved into a ‘base ten’ system

which corresponded

almost

identically to the numerological principles which were held by the Egyptians and

Sumerians.

However, the 'nine' also played a significant role in their number system.

This

evidence is largely drawn from the ancient seals discovered at the Indus Valley

citadels of Harrapa and

Mohenjo-Daro which display

the evolution of their numeric

system.
