    AN INTRODUCTION to the NINE PRINCIPLES OF LIFE

    In 1977 while he was attending Cornell University, Adisa Maina Omar  (aka, Roger M. Davis) received a set of  nine pictographs/ideographs or esoteric images
    (mandalas/cosmic symbols) while in a state of deep contemplative meditation exercises. The teaching ('Ikologiks theory') proceeding form this original source was
    therefore not a product of "channelling" as is common among many such wisdom teachings being offered to humanity in this era. Nor, is it to be considered a divine
    revelation from GOD as in the case of the revealed scriptures of the various religious faiths being celebrated around the world. However, the "nine plates" are not
    considered to be either as an expression solely of the intellectual or cognitive capacity of Adisa Maina Omar.   Instead, what was gifted to Adisa came as a result of a
    specific question that he posed directly to "God" or to the realm of the Most High, as stated:  "What is the Cause of the Human Enigma (Problem)".  Adisa posed this
    question as he  engaged in continuous meditation cycles (rounding) along with fasting, while living in his college dormitory room, during the spring recess of 1977.
    The resultant response came in the form of a powerful AWAKENING, in which, he received the "9 Principles of Life (NPL)" as a direct answer.

    Today these nine special charts are collectively known as the "Ikologiks: Nine Principles of Life (NPL)" and are considered by many to be a disciplined 'road-map' to
    both our personal and global transformation, from within and without. Additionally, these 'nine ideographs/pictographs' have become the primary basis for the
    understanding and development of 'Ikologiks theory,' Central Philosophy and the founding of the Ikologiks Center for Global Studies. Adisa does not claim to be
    some type of mystic,"guru" or "channeller" of some vague entity as is so common in the world today among 'new agers' or others. However, he has stated publicly
    that he firmly  believes that what he was given to him was actually transmitted from the realm of cosmic consciousness or what might be termed for example the
    Elohim (Hebrew), the Lā ilaha illal-Lāh (Arabic) as referencing the "divine source" to which countless other names or traditions are reflected upon throughout the
    world's religions and spiritual traditions. So to avoid locking the "nine principles" into in one particular religion, faith, or ideology Adisa generally refrains from giving
    much weight to the "source" from where he received his meditative insights except to say he refutes anyone suggesting that the source was impure or of lesser so
    called entities (jinn, Satan, etc.).

    The 'Nine Principles' are responsible for Adisa Maina Omar's over  thirty years of research, training and teachings throughout the USA and other parts of the world.
    While, certainly some may be skeptical about the means by which the "Nine Principles of Life" were conceived or attained by Adisa. Nevertheless, one truly cannot
    deny that what is represented in these nine principles far exceeds his own intellectual and academic capacity at the time he received them attending Cornell
    University. In the accompanying multi-media presentations an outline of the nine principles of life will be given as to their meaning, value and message. The recently
    released and much anticipated new book about the 'Nine Principles of Life' (release date, September 9, 2009) for the first time deeply explores the overall meaning
    behind, above, below & through the hyper-dimensionally nature  of  these nine ideographs.

    Currently, Adisa Maina Omar is offering no detailed public discussions or discourses about the nine principles except when students are actually enrolled in
    Ikologiks intensives, programs, classes or seminars under the auspices of the Ikologiks Center for Global Studies. However, starting in 2009 Adisaji will begin offering
    more personalized "lifestyle assessment" consultations through the "Internet-Online" to any individual desiring to query how to gain deeper insights into their own
    karmic patterns in life as related to the 'Nine Principles'. Adisa has indicated that such individualized consultations are merely a symbolic representation of what
    ultimately is conveyed through a direct initiation process into the deeper esoteric meaning behind the 'Nine Principles of Life' which is offered in a formal Ikologiks
    Intensive. The NPL are today being shared in their ideographic form throughout the world and the number of international students grows daily. In addition, the
    newly released book contains the actual 'nine plates' with associated commentaries for anyone to review or contemplate upon their meaning or value.  Adisa attempts
    to avoid mystical or cultic approaches to these teachings and insists there is a strident empiricism and scientific method employed in their understanding that can be
    of use even to an avowed atheist.

    Since the introduction of the formal Ecologics/Ikologiks training programs in Atlanta, Georgia in 1979 he continues to share valuable insights about the '9 Principles'
    with people  from all walks of life and religious, spiritual, political or cultural persuasions. The topics he explores range from complex social problems to personal
    issues faced in one's life to the meaning of life itself, or the nature of existence. The teaching helps each us find tools that can be immensely valuable in problem
    solving issues like climate change, racism, sexism or the enigma of the creation itself. But, most importantly, it is offering practical instruction on how we are to bring
    about human transformation and bring-forth our ascension to the highest levels of human potential in this age.
    The number " nine" is a cardinal
    number (8+1)/ 9th Ordinal, IX
    Romanized, and is a composite
    number (divisors are 1, 3). In the
    base 10 system any number except
    "0" is divisible by 9, provided the
    digital root is a 9. So the number
    "nine" has a broad & significant
    meaning among a diverse range of  
    religious & spiritual traditions
    throughout  the world. Thus it is no
    accident or coincidence that the
    Ikologiks: Nine Principles of Life
    teaching was conveyed in the form
    of "nine" distinct
    pictographs/ideographs when
    received in 1977 by Adisa.
The Esoteric Meaning,
Behind the Sacred Number "9"
The Exoteric Relevance of the "9"
    The relevance of the "9" in terms of mathematics, science,
    astronomy, biology, chemistry and even the social sciences can
    not be easily ignored and therefore is heavily represented in the
    Ikologiks: Nine Principles of Life "nine" pictographs/ideographs.
    The integration of metaphysical and scientific materialist views,
    perspectives, philosophies or knowledge is a critical & unique
    character of what is embodied in the Ikologiks: Nine Principles of
    Life.

    The historical development of the scientific method and empirical
    research into the nature of the phenomenal universe is not at odds
    with what is represented in the "Nine Principles." We  find evidence
    of the uncanny importance as to how certain numbers and
    mathematical principles are structured or ordered in the traditional
    academic disciplines. The most avid skeptics about the patterns
    that are associated with the number "9" or other numbers admit
    that the "universe language" is numbers. This is why NASA (USA
    Space agency) probes into deep space have used
    math/numbers/equations as a methodology to announce our
    presence to other life forms in the universe.
