The ICGS (AUM-IAIAS, Inc.) is not a "tax-exempt" 501(c)3" organization as defined or established under the guidelines of the USA IRS (Internal Revenue Service). Contributions
or Donations to us are therefore NOT tax-deductible in accord with US law or as construed by the United States of America IRS.
However, you as a private donor can still contribute to our NGO since we operate exclusively and in accordance with USA law as a "non-profit" organization.
Under even IRS guidelines a "non-profit" is not obligated to be recognized by the IRS and can STILL receive contributions as long as the Bylaws/Articles of Incorporation establish it as a
"non-profit" organization, club, etc.

We certainly understand that all over the Internet from "Facebook Causes" to "PayPal" to the United Nations UNICEF & NGO Information Agency there is an attempt to define "non-profit"
based on an American standard and "rule of law". We totally oppose such a control or attempt to restrict NGO access to resources. We believe there should be no restrictions rooted in
the supremacy of American jurisprudence or statues of law that should in turn "govern the world".

We, however, definitely bsee the need for transparency and the obvious need to prevent scam artists or those that would use the status of "non-profit" to in fact make profits for themselves.
However, we often see even with regulations some of the largest NGOs and Charitable Trusts around the world operate corruptly using donor funds for lavish offices, travel expenses or
high salaries while the benefits to orphanages, education projects, green technology etc. all suffer. Thus we believe there needs to be a new world body this is created by, supported by &
defined by existing  INDEPENDENT NGOs (those who do NOT take money from corporations, foundations, governments or the UN) to set a global code of ethics similar to the governance
of the Internet domains by "WHO-IS" or trade associations.  We at the AUM-IAIAS, Inc. Ikologiks Center for Global Studies certainly hope to be instrumental in creating such a process in the
years to come and hope you support us even though you might not benefit personally with a tax-deductible contribution in the USA.

Officially  the AUM-IAIAS, Inc. - Ikologiks Center for Global Studies defines itself as a "global NGO" beyond the artificial boundaries & borders established by the existing nation states or
that the UN has designated. We oppose the establishment of a "one world government" or "new world order" through the hegemony of global institutions like the World Bank, WTO, IMF,
or UN as fundamentally against the interest of Civic Society, the People, or Humanity as a whole. We believe that a true NGO would NOT accept money from corporations, government
grants, the UN or lobbyist. So quite simply WE DON'T! In fact, to accept such money taints the operations and motives of any NGO that says it is a "non-government entity". Again, your
